Metalwork that fits
the first time,
every time.

Steelshift Technologies builds custom enclosures, cabinets, kiosk frames and press components in north Bengaluru. Cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly all happen in one building — so a drawing is read once, and a correction takes a shift instead of a week.

Capabilities

Eight processes.
No handovers.

The entire chain sits under one roof. That is the whole proposition — every step below happens here, and none of it is passed to a second shop between cutting and dispatch.

  1. 01

    Fibre laser cutting

Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cut to ±0.1mm on cut features, with dross-free edges that need no secondary clean-up before forming.

±0.1mm is a cutting tolerance on the flat blank.

  2. 02

    CNC press brake bending

Repeatable bend angles and consistent internal radii held across a production run, so the hundredth part stacks like the first.

Bend allowance worked out from your material and thickness.

  3. 03

    CNC punching

Ventilation slots, cable entries and mounting patterns punched in a single setup, which keeps hole-to-hole positions true across the panel.

Single setup means no cumulative re-fixturing error.

  4. 04

    Press work and forming

Blanking, deep drawing and custom forming with press capacity up to 500 tonnes, for parts that are pressed rather than cut and bent.

Tooling and DFM discussed before any die is cut.

  5. 05

    Welding

MIG, TIG, spot and laser welding, with seams dressed so the finish coat lands flat instead of telegraphing the joint underneath.

Seam dressing is part of the job, not an extra.

  6. 06

    Finishing

Powder coating, zinc plating and brushed stainless finishes, colour-matched batch to batch so a repeat order sits beside the last one unnoticed.

Shade and texture confirmed against your reference.

  7. 07

    Assembly

A dedicated in-house assembly team builds complete units — hardware, gaskets, hinges and fasteners fitted, so what ships is finished, not a kit.

Bought-out hardware fitted to your specification.

  8. 08

    Quality control

A separate QC team dimension-checks every batch against the drawing before it leaves, and the report travels with the consignment.

QC is independent of the production line.

How an order runs

to our floor.

Send geometry in whatever form you have it. If something in the drawing will cost money for no functional gain, you hear about it with the quote rather than after the first article.

About

20+ years in the industry

Steelshift Technologies is a precision sheet metal fabricator in Singapura, north Bengaluru, working from the first floor of the works on 1st Cross Road, Achappa Layout. We supply electrical, electronics, medical, industrial and automation customers across Bengaluru, Karnataka and the rest of India.

The work is unglamorous and specific: hold the cut tolerance, hold the bend radius across the run, dress the seam before it is coated, and check the batch against the drawing before it leaves. Everything here follows from being able to do those four things in one building.

Registered as an MSME. ISO 9001 certification is in progress and not yet held — listed here as a status, not a claim.

Questions

Asked before
every first order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One piece. Laser-cut and bent parts need no die, so a single prototype carries no tooling cost — you pay for material and machine time.

How quickly do you quote?

Within 24 business hours of receiving a readable drawing. If the geometry raises a question that changes the price, you get the question first rather than a padded number.

Which file formats do you accept?

DXF, DWG, STEP and dimensioned PDF. A physical sample part also works when no drawing exists.

Do you handle finishing and assembly, or only cutting?

Every stage runs in this building — laser cutting, CNC punching, press brake forming, press work, welding, powder coating, zinc plating, assembly and QC. Nothing is subcontracted between steps.

Where are you located and how far do you deliver?

The factory is at Singapura, Bengaluru, north Bengaluru, near the Peenya industrial belt. We deliver across Bengaluru and ship across India.

Send the drawing.

DXF, DWG, STEP or a dimensioned PDF. No drawing? Send a photograph of the part with a dimension or two and we will work from that.
